Linen Shrinkage
Linen is a natural fabric and may experience slight shrinkage after washing, which is a natural characteristic of high-quality linen.
To account for this, the trousers are pre-sized with an appropriate shrinkage margin already incorporated into the garment, helping maintain the intended fit after normal washing and care.
Care Instructions
To preserve the natural texture, shape, and quality of your linen trousers:
- Wash: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. Turn inside out before washing.
- Bleach: Do not bleach.
- Dry: Line dry in the shade. Avoid tumble drying to minimize unnecessary shrinkage.
- Iron: Iron on low to medium heat. For a more natural linen appearance, light creasing is expected and part of the fabric’s character.
- Dry Cleaning: Dry cleanable when required.

1. 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issues — If the size doesn’t fit, you can request a different available size.
- Color exchange — You may request another available color of the same product.
- Sale items — Items purchased during a sale are also eligible for exchange, subject to availability.
- Wrong or defective item — If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, OMH will arrange the appropriate solution at no additional return cost to you.
2. Exchange Conditions
For an item to qualify for an exchange, it must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be unwashed
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be free from perfume, stains, damage, or any alteration
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for exchange.
3. What If My Required Size or Item Is Out of Stock?
If your requested size, color, or replacement item is unavailable, you will receive OMH Store Credit equivalent to the value of the eligible item.
You can use this credit to purchase any other available product from OMH.
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
4. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer direct cash or bank refunds.
However, we don’t want you to be stuck with a product you cannot use. If your order qualifies for a return but an exchange is not possible, we will provide OMH Store Credit equivalent to the value of the eligible product.
This allows you to choose something else from OMH at a time that suits you.
5. Sale & Discounted Items
We have made our policy more flexible:
Sale and discounted items are eligible for size exchanges, provided they meet our exchange conditions.
If the requested size or replacement item is unavailable, the eligible value can be issued as OMH Store Credit.
Certain products specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Exchangeable” at the time of purchase will not be eligible for exchange. This will always be clearly mentioned on the product or offer.
6. Return & Exchange Shipping
For a size or color exchange, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
If OMH sends you the wrong item or the product arrives defective/damaged, OMH will cover the return shipping and arrange the appropriate resolution.
7. How to Request an Exchange
Starting an exchange is easy.

8. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Only one exchange request per order/item is permitted.
- Products must meet the required condition mentioned above.
- Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Any difference in price between the original and replacement product will be adjusted accordingly.
- If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid before dispatch.
- If the replacement item costs less, the remaining eligible amount will be issued as OMH Store Credit.
