OMH Return & Exchange Policy

At OMH, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following policy for returns and exchanges:

1. Return Window

   • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Exchanges

   • We offer exchanges for size or color variations within the 7-day window.
   • If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit for the amount of the product.

3. Refunds

   • We do not offer direct refunds. Instead, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can receive store credit for the value of the item.
   • Store credit is valid for 90 days from the issue date.

4. Non-Refundable Items

   • Items on sale or customized are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

   • To start the return or exchange process, simply contact our customer service team via email at oldmoneyhouse@pakistan.com or via WhatsApp at 03170911773.
   • Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

6. Return Shipping

   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Restocking Fee

   • A small restocking fee (5-10%) may apply to cover operational costs for returned items.

8. Condition of Return

   • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in the same condition as when purchased—no damage, wear, or alteration.
